Clients often arrive carrying more than they’ve ever spoken aloud. In our work together, there is steady, safe space to begin setting those pieces down. We move at the pace your nervous system allows, with care and clarity guiding each step.

With over 28 years of experience as a psychologist, I draw on a broad range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Schema Therapy. Treatment plans are co-created and may also integrate trauma-informed strategies such as somatic awareness and working with different parts of self—always grounded in recognized psychological standards of care. The intention is not to label or pathologize, but to listen closely so that authentic strengths and truths can emerge.

Please note: Discovery calls are no longer offered. New clients are welcome to book directly through the online system.

In Ontario, I am registered as a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist authorized to work with the adult + couples population and practice within those declared scopes.
